smart women have rituals for success
Recently, I have had the opportunity to attend multiple women\'s meetings and talk to dozens of female entrepreneurs about their great ideas, dreams and goals.
The problem arises in a series of topics, including how to start a business and take the existing business to a higher level of success.
Now there seems to be a recurring theme of \"How do I create a successful business while keeping my work/life balance\", which is a good question!
An answer with some reliable tips and solutions.
First of all, what I want to share with you is that I don\'t think \"work/life\" is balanced.
My belief is that women reflect and declare their personal values and create a life that supports them.
I have attached great importance to the three aspects of my life; self-
Care, family and support women to live the life they want and deserve.
Sure, does it work well?
The children are sick, the dishwasher is broken, and the laptop is exploding!
I will share 80% of the time it does work because I have decided to take the initiative to take care of myself, my family and my business using the day-to-day rituals.
Do you have a successful ceremony in your life and business? There are 7 ceremonies here that I use to help me stick to and respect what I value most: 1.
Loneliness-learning how to \"be\" is one of the biggest gifts you will give yourself.
If you have a busy lifestyle (like me)
You need to plan for loneliness.
I go for a walk alone, stay at home for a few hours alone, and sometimes take a break on weekends. 2.
Meditation has become an important part of my life.
This is the tool I use a lot and can help me to be clear, focused and focused.
Sitting quietly for 5 minutes can have a dramatic impact on your day.
According to my schedule, I meditate for at least 5 minutes, up to 20 minutes. 3.
A negative environment-a conscious effort to avoid a negative one.
Surround yourself with successful people who are positive and \"nutritious --
Rich in orientation and thinking.
With a supportive environment, there are possible thoughts and new ideas. 4.
Quality is not quantity-I think the time spent with family and friends is more important than quantity.
In a busy family and growing business, I realize that I can\'t do anything, but I make sure that I focus on my family and for them every day when it\'s really important5.
Focus on time-people who plan to succeed will succeed.
You have to create dedicated time for your business and personal life.
Plan to spend at least 1 hour a week reviewing where you are now and where you want to go in the future.
Make sure that the action steps you are taking will help you get the results you want. 6.
Guidance and guidance-it is essential to have a \"think\" partner in your journey.
What I can be sure of is that you can\'t do it yourself.
Someone is there to support you and can also challenge your thinking, which helps to shorten your journey to success. 7.
Don\'t try to be a \"super woman \".
It will affect your health and health. being.
I know it\'s a challenge to ask what you want or need, but if you dream of celebrating a successful business while maintaining a loving, healthy, family-it\'s the only way.
What I learned is that people like to support you.
Family members will build stronger connections with your children as they have more time with them and now someone is willing to help you achieve your vision.
Being proactive rather than passive in your life and business can have a big impact on the way your day unfolds.
It is not perfect, but it is a pleasant thing to live in the 80/20 window of life.
80% of the time, it\'s all done beautifully, of course, there\'s always 20% of the time that will surprise you!
I invite you to consider adding one or two such ceremonies to your life and business.
A mentor once shared with me, \"the smallest shift will have the most dramatic impact.
\"This is certainly the case here.
Everything is possible.
Everything is waiting for you
