Manual drives commonly used for mail delivery are recalled in the United States.
The move came from a survey conducted last year by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and its Canadian Ministry of Transport.
The problem, the automaker says, is that part of the system that activates the airbag, the clock spring, may be contaminated with dust and dirt during a \"large area off\"
